Student Records Services (Who we are / What we do)
Student records services are provided by the Student and Graduate Records Office; its main functions are as follows:
- Maintains all student records of all students admitted to the College.
- Manages the College's annual student registration process.
- Manages and maintains the College's identification card system for students.
- Produces summary Academic Transcripts and Certificates of Registration.
- Processes and issues student grants and loans.
- Monitors the progression of students.
- Creates and maintains published examination results on the student record database.
- Produces student records in report format (ie, student record sheets).
- Produces statistical data and reports for use by College and Government, public bodies and other organisations.
