Graduate Records Services (Who we are / What we do)

Graduate records services are provided by the Student and Graduate Records Office; its main functions are as follows:

• Custodian of graduate records in respect of all graduates of the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
• Verification of qualifications awarded by the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
• Issue letters of certification in respect of awards obtained from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
• Issue English translations of (Latin) degree parchments.
• Issue of duplicate parchments.
• Certification of copies of award parchments.
• Production of the Catalogue of Graduates of the University of Dublin.
• Production of the Record Volume.
• Provision of support to meetings of the University Senate.
• Process genealogical enquiries from records tracing graduates and other entrants from the foundation of the University in 1592.
