Return of Results to Examinations Office
All school, discipline and course offices responsible for the publication of examination results are required to return to the Academic Registry the master copy of results in the following formats for all sets of examination results for which they are responsible:
- The master copy recording the full name, student number, overall result, and comment where applicable, for each candidate, as well as the course code, course name and course year, examination session (whether annual, supplemental or special), the term and year, and the date of publication.
- All master sheets must be signed by the Chair of the relevant Court of Examiners. These master sheets are bound into a ledger and constitute the formal record of examination results in a particular academic year. Note sort order - Alphabetically, by surname, within grade/classification. Orientation A4 Landscape on TCD blue crested paper.
