The SNIAM (Sami Nasr Institute of Advanced Materials) building houses an interdisciplinary research and teaching institute with parts of Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Physics and Chemistry departments. The main thrust of the research is Advanced Materials which are the bedrock of modern information technology.
