Berkeley Library
Designed by Paul Koralek, dedicated to the memory of Bishop George Berkeley (1687-1753), the Berkeley Library caused controversy, much to do with its position along side two of the University's finest architectural pieces, the Museum Building and Thomas Burgh's Library. The Berkeley is set back from these two buildings, creating a square that is home to a sculpture by Arnaldo Pomodoro called 'Sphere with Sphere' (1982-83).
