University Calendar
The Calendar is published annually in two parts, both in print and on the College’s website. The Secretary to the College is the Editor of the University Calendar.
Part I contains:
(i) For all undergraduate courses, general academic regulations; formal information on the structure, content, course and assessment/ examination regulations; admission requirements; entrance awards, Foundation Scholarship and prizes; financial assistance.
(ii) General information, including: almanack; degrees and diplomas awarded; College charges and fees; University and College officers, Fellows, and members of staff of the College; College committees; statements on student conduct, safety, data protection, copyright, and freedom of information; College societies and other institutions; recent publications by members of the staff and research students.
Part II contains:
For all postgraduate courses and study leading to the award of higher degrees by research: general academic regulations; formal information on the structure, content, course and assessment/ examination regulations; admission requirements; awards and financial assistance.
In addition, a Supplement to the Calendar is published each year (available for internal College use only) containing University Senate records such as degrees conferred, degree examination results, prizes awarded, diplomas awarded, theses and dissertations approved for higher degrees, and external examiners.
