Calendar Changes

The Calendar is published annually in two parts, both in print and on the College’s website. Both parts may be accessed here

Part I

‘Calendar changes’, or updates to the published information on undergraduate courses for the following academic year, are normally proposed by schools to the Senior Lecturer in Hilary Term each year. In some cases where a number of schools are involved in the delivery of a particular course, or suite of courses, it is more appropriate for proposed changes to be finalised and submitted by the course committee (Two Subject Moderatorship, Science TR071, Engineering and programmes in the Business, Economics and Social Sciences) having first been considered by the participating schools.

Changes in respect of faculty regulations are the responsibility of Faculty Offices and should be discussed at the appropriate faculty forum.

Calendar changes approved by the relevant school, course and/or faculty committees, together with any changes to the General Regulations section proposed by the Senior Lecturer, are submitted to the Undergraduate Studies Committee (USC) for approval.

Following consideration by USC, the Senior Lecturer will notify Council that Calendar changes have been considered and inform the committee of any particular issues arising.
