10.00am-12noon - Chariots of Fire
This is one of the highlights of Trinity Week and an event of longstanding in Trinity’s calendar since 1857. On its 50th Anniversary in 1909, it was made the centrepiece of the newly created Trinity Week and has remained the regular Wednesday attraction of the festivities ever since. This is a great opportunity for the Trinity College Harriers and Athletics Club to showcase their activity and get the College Community Involved.

1pm – 10pm - Sports Centre special offer for Trinity Week
College Races traditionally takes place on Trinity Wednesday but due to the timing of Trinity Week this year the sports grounds are unsuitable for College Races. However, the Sports Centre would like to offer staff who are not members of the Sports Centre a free pass to use the facilities. For College staff and students who are existing members of the Sports Centre, you can avail of a FREE €5 voucher to be used in the Sports Centre. In order to claim your voucher or your free pass you must call into the Sports Centre Reception on Trinity Wednesday. Please note all passes and vouchers must be used/redeemed before the end of April 2013 and this is a limited offer, first come first served!
