Constituent Academic Units
The Trinity Long Room Hub encompasses the Library and seven academic schools. These schools are the School of Drama, Film and Music, the School of English, the School of Histories and Humanities, the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies, the School of Linguistic, Speech and Communication Sciences, the School of Religions, Theology and Ecumenics, and the School of Social Sciences and Philosophy.
Associated Research Centres within Trinity College
We work closely with a number of research centres within Trinity College. These include the Centre for Irish-Scottish and Comparative Studies, the Trinity Irish Art Research Centre, the Medieval History Research Centre, the Centre for Contemporary Irish History, the Centre for Gender and Women's Studies, the Centre for Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies, the Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies, the Centre for the Study of the Platonic Tradition, the Centre for Language and Communication Studies, the Centre for Deaf Studies, the Oscar Wilde Centre for Irish Writing.
National and International Networks and Partners
Nationally, we operate within the Humanities Serving Irish Society consortium and have a close relationship with the Digital Humanities Observatory. At an international level our partners include the Consortium of University Research Libraries (CURL), the Consortium of Humanities Centres and Institutes (CHCI), the International Federation for Theatre Research (IFTR/FIRT), and the Irish Scottish Academic Initiative (ISAI).
