Self Completion Questionnarie

After participants have completed the face-to-face interview, the interviewer will leave them a short questionnaire, which should take about 15 minutes to complete. Participants can complete the questionnaire in their own time and the interviewer will come back and collect it, or it can be posted it back to us. It will come with a stamped addressed envelope.
