Ian Clifford

Ian Clifford is the Survey Manager for the TILDA project, where he is responsible for managing all aspects of data collection.  He joined the project after working for four years as a research psychologist in Ballymun developing and piloting psychometric tools for the provision of career guidance to disadvantaged job seekers. His work in Ballymun saw him managing EU project partnerships to develop cross-culturally adapted tools and methodologies.  Prior to his work as a psychologist in Ballymun, he worked as a survey and statistical consultant with SPSS Ireland Ltd. where he provided consultancy services and training to SPSS customers.  He completed his B.Sc. in Psychology followed by a M.A. in Social and Organisational Psychology from University College Dublin.  He is a registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and sits on the executive committee of its Division of Work and Organisational Psychology.
