Megan has worked in the Trinity Access Programmes (TAP) and on the Trinity Access 21 (TA21) projects since 2013. Her main roles include research, communications and administration of the Postgraduate Certificate in 21st Century Teaching and Learning and the ‘21st Century School of Distinction’ award. She also teaches English Literature on the TAP Foundation Course and is a teaching assistant in the School of English. Dr. Kuster has a BSc in Biology & Zoology (University of Toronto), an MA in Literature and the Environment (University of Nevada, Reno), an MPhil in Literatures of the Americas (Trinity College) and a PhD in Literature (Trinity College).
