The Academic Registry is the first port of call for international students from the time of initial enquiry, during their application process, upon arrival and throughout their time as a student. Students seeking guidance on opportunities to study or work abroad through the Erasmus Exchange Programme or through a number of study exchange programmes outside Europe should contact the Academic Registry.
The team in the Trinity Global Room will send out a handbook for international students to help you prepare for your arrival in Dublin. The Global Room is a social and event space open to all students. Students are invited to use the room to meet friends during the day and to check out the evening event calendar. During term, the room is open from 9.30am-9pm weekdays with some weekend openings. The Global Room is staffed by a team of Student Ambassadors trained to help locate services and adjust to Dublin and Trinity. The Student Ambassadors are a great resource for international students and are always available, even if just for a chat!
Both the Academic Registry, and the Global Room are located in the Watts Building on the Eastern end of campus.
The Global Room Team can be contacted by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: +353 1 896 2097.
The Academic Registry Service Desk Team will be available to address your queries which can be logged via the home page of my.tcd.ie clicking on the ASK TCD button and selecting the appropriate enquiry category.
