Transcripts

We require a written request in order to produce and release a copy of your academic transcript.

From February 1st 2009 there has been a fee for processing transcripts.

Current Undergraduate Students: No Charge (until December of year of graduation)

Former Students: €20 administration fee if we do not hold a copy of the transcript on file, and €7 per printed copy thereafter.

These fees include postage to either an Irish address or airmail postage to overseas addresses.

Payment is via PayPal. When we receive your request, we will send you a link to the PayPal website to process the payment for your request. You do not need to have a PayPal account to do this.

We DO NOT accept cash payments.

As soon as we have confirmation that you have paid the requested amount, your transcript will be processed and posted out to you to the address provided or can be collected from the Course Office if requested.

Transcript requests may be made by completing a Request Form.

You are advised that transcripts take a minimum of one week for completion.

Transcripts cannot be produced on demand.

You will need to allow extra time for the posting of transcripts, especially to overseas destinations. At certain times the processing time may be longer, for example during the Annual Examination Period.

A transcript is an official document and CANNOT be emailed.

Transcripts are never issued to a third party, such as a parent or prospective employer without the consent of the person named on the transcript.
