Sociology and Social Policy students must take 60 ECTS during their Junior Fresh (first) year. The following modules are mandatory:

EC1110 (MT) & EC1111 (HT) Introduction to Economics A & B This module is available to Sociology and Social Policy students but only recommended to those who wish to have the option of taking an Economics module in the SF year.
EC1140 (MT) & EC1141 (HT) Introduction to Economic Policy A & B We advise that this module be taken by JF Students who do not intend to pursue further study of Economics.

Students wishing to spend all or part of their third year studying abroad in a non-English speaking country should take a language course in the Freshman years.
