Undergraduates

The Department participates in a number of undergraduate programmes enabling students to take a range of subject combinations.

* Business, Economic and Social Studies (BESS) enables students to take a single honours degree in Sociology or a joint honours degrees with either Business Studies or Political Science.

* In the Two Subject Moderatorship programme (TSM) students can combine Sociology with a range of other subjects such as Geography, Economics, History, French, Spanish, and Drama Studies.

* The Sociology and Social Policy programme (SocSocPol) is taught in conjuction with the School of Social Work and Social Policy.

* The Philosophy, Political Science, Economics and Sociology programme (PPES) offers students an opportunity to study all four subjects.
