Speech Language Pathology International Network Summer School

This International Network consists of 19 Higher Education Institutes across Europe, Asia, and the United States, that deliver undergraduate programmes in Speech and Language Therapy. Trinity College Dublin is the only university in Ireland and the UK that is a member of the Speech Language Pathology International Network, offering Trinity College students a unique and valuable learning opportunity to attend its Summer School every August.

The Summer School is hosted by a different member institution every year. It allows students to attend lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions, delivered by international experts, on a wide range of themes related to speech and language therapy. Each Summer School also includes a varied, interesting, and fun social programme.

Dr Pauline Sloane and Dr Duana Quigley from the Department of Clinical Speech and Language Studies are representatives on the Speech Language Pathology International Network. Pictured here are Eva Barry and Claire O’Kane, two Trinity College students at the Summer School in Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, The Netherlands in August 2018.
