Jennifer Taaffe
Director of the Office of the Provost
Jennifer is Director of the Office of the Provost. Her role is to ensure the overall efficiency of the Office, whilst also acting as an important interface between the Office of the Provost, the College and the wider public. A particular focus of her role is supporting the Provost with new initiatives and projects in the Trinity Strategic Plan.
Jennifer has a background in fundraising and communications that includes eight years with Trinity Foundation as Director of Alumni Relations & Associate Director of Trinity North America and eight years with R.T.É. as Press Officer and Corporate Editor.
She holds a first class honours B.A. in History from TCD (1997); an M.A. in Public Relations from D.I.T. (1999); and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the U.C.D. Michael Smurfit Business School (2013). She is a fluent Irish speaker and a member of the board of the National Library of Ireland.

Christina Reynolds
Administrative Officer to the Provost
Christina is interim Administrative Officer to the Provost. Her principal responsibility is to manage the Provost's email sent to provost@tcd.ie, and all postal correspondence. She acts as the primary interface between the Provost and the Trinity College Dublin community. She manages the Provost's diary and prepares the documentation for meetings, as well as carries out the administration of his travel and communications.
Christina is also the project Co-ordinator for the Trinity Creative Challenge, running the call, selection and realisation processes. Christina closely liaises with and forges relations between, the challenge artists and staff within Trinity- making sure the challenge winners are successfully supported in the realisation of their projects. Christina is also the primary contact on the Provost's Visual and Performing Arts Fund.
Christina previously worked in Human Resources at Trinity and has held various managerial posts in the private sector both in Ireland and New York.
Christina holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Bard College (New York), a M.A. in Arts Management from University College Dublin, and a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute (ACSTH/ICF).

Alison Hunter
Events & Administrative Officer
Alison is currently on Maternity Leave.
Alison is the Events & Administrative Officer, her responsibilities include the co-ordination of all events hosted by Provost. Alison also coordinates the Provost's participation in official Trinity events, e.g., Commencements ceremonies. She is the minutes secretary for several official committees chaired by the Provost and manages the Fellowship process every year.
Alison holds a B.A. (Mod) from Trinity College Dublin, a P.G. Diploma in International Higher Education Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the British Council, and a Diploma in Event Management from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.

Claire Tracey
Events Officer
Claire is the Events Officer. Her responsibilities include the coordination of all events hosted by Provost. She also coordinates the Provost's participation in official Trinity events, such as Commencements Ceremonies and events hosted by the Provost during Trinity Week. Claire assists in the organisation of key strategic College events, including State and official visits by visiting Heads of State and Government. She is also responsible for the coordination of the Fellowship process, including secretarial support to the Central Fellowship Committee.

Norah Quinton
Administrative Officer (College Calendar)
Norah is responsible for the annual production of the University of Dublin Calendar (parts I and II), which is the definitive source of information on the College’s almanack, charges, general regulations, information for students on undergraduate courses, and other general information (e.g. awards, staff listings, research publications). She is also responsible for various tasks in the Office of the Provost.
Norah joined the Provost’s Office team in February 2017, having previously worked in the Enquiries Office/Secretary’s Office and the Office of the Vice-Provost.
Norah holds a B.Sc. in Science from Dublin Institute of Technology, and an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Dublin City University.

Sinéad Browne
Executive Officer
Sinéad is Communications Executive Officer working closely with the Public Affairs and Communications Office and Trinity Development & Alumni on the development and implementation of the Provost's communications. Sinéad ensures that activities and communications associated with the Provost are of the highest standard and serve to advance the reputation of the university. Sinéad is also responsible for the co-ordination of travel arrangements for the Provost, working closely with the Global Relations Office and Trinity Development & Alumni.
Sinéad holds a Professional Diploma in Social Media Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. She also qualified in Business Studies and Languages from Rathmines College.

Caroline Foley
Steward to the Provost's House
Caroline's responsibilities include receiving visitors to the Provost's House, assisting the team with functions and Commencements, Board Room bookings, and overseeing maintenance and housekeeping in the Provost’s House.

Ruth Doherty
Personal Assistant to the Dean of Research and Bursar & Director of Strategic Innovation
Ruth is P.A. to the Dean of Research and Bursar & Director of Strategic Innovation. Her responsibilities include diary appointments and travel administration, and meeting preparation. Ruth also provides administrative support to various committees chaired by these officers.
Ruth holds a Ph.D. in nineteenth-century literature and an M.Phil. in Popular Literature from Trinity College Dublin, and a B.A. (Hons) in English and French from University College Dublin.
