Supplier Management Pilot Program
We are pleased to announce that the Procurement Office has initiated a pilot program to measure and improve the performance of the College’s key suppliers across a range of criteria including;
This is the first such program to be initiated in the university sector in Ireland.
Three suppliers from Laboratory, IT and Site Services have been selected for the initial phase of the programme and, if you are involved in purchasing on behalf of the College, we would be grateful for your input in order to effectively rate and manage our suppliers. Sustainable Procurement – Green Energy
A recently concluded energy contract by the Director of Buildings Office and the Procurement Office, sees the College sourcing twice the quantity of Green energy as that normally required by government policy. This represents an excellent outcome in what has become a difficult market.
