Needs assessment

A needs assessment is a meeting between you and a Disability Officer to find out what supports you may need in college and how they will be arranged. This assessment is not based on finance, for instance, whether you can afford a laptop or not. It is based on the significance of your disability and how this may impact on accessing your course. Every student with a disability who accepts a place in Trinity is entitled to a needs assessment.
