Visiting & Erasmus Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to Trinity College Dublin as a Visiting Student, an Exchange Student or as an Erasmus Student  We are delighted to welcome you to Trinity and we hope that you will have an exciting and enriching educational experience here with us.

Orientation introduces you to life at Trinity and is key to facilitating a smooth transition and to preparing you to get the most from your year or semester.   You will have two orientation meetings, a welcome reception, a campus tour and much more.  Non-EU students will also have a visa/immigration information session and further information on all of these meetings will be included in your Freshers’ Week Programme which will be sent to you in early September.

Finally, we would very much encourage you to come and see us in the International Office (on the ground floor of the East Theatre, Front Square) when you arrive.  The office is open Monday to Friday, between 9.30 am and 12.45 pm and between 2.00 pm and 4.45 pm and is open through lunchtime during Freshers’ Week.  We would be very happy to meet you and answer any questions you may have so please feel free to come as often as you like.
