The NIID promotes lifelong learning for people with intellectual disability.

In full filling this aim, Trinity College has approved a two year Certificate course, The Certificate in Contemporary Living. This is the only full time third level education programme available to people with intellectual disabilities within Ireland to date.

The NIID also offers a 1 year Full-Time / 2 years Part - Time M.Sc. in Disability Studies. For more information on the course and how to apply click here
