My interdisciplinary research focuses on the causes of auditory verbal hallucinations ('hearing voices') and what can be done to support people distressed by this experience. Dr April Hargreaves

I am a rsearch fellow at Trinity College and a lecturer in psychology at National College Ireland. My research primarily focuses on studying the neuropsychology of psychosis; from investigating associations between GWAS genes and cognition to assessing the impact of Cognitive Remediation Therapy on cognitive deficits. My current work looks at the potential impact of orally administered Co-Enzyme Q10 on cognitive, psychological and clinical variables associates with schizophrenia.
