Module Description:
The purpose of this module is to introduce students interested in languages and New Testament study to basic Koine Greek grammar and texts.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Recognise and use basic Greek grammatical forms.
- Read and comprehend simple Greek texts.
- Translate simple Greek texts.
Methods of Assessment
The module is assessed on the basis of in course tests and an examination at the end of the year. 50% examination, 50% continual assessment.
