My dearest Mary. I got your awfully nice & awfully interesting letter today. You gave me a grand account of all your doings. You are seeing a tremendous lot of things in the little while you have been in Paris. You are seeing a lot more of the war than I am, Im thinking and doing a lot more work than Im doing too. Im very glad you’ve arrived at getting into the middle of the fracas. You talk about possibly going to the fields
