My application papers have been returned to the O.C. of my unit from our Corps with a note attached to the effect that seeing that you have stated on them that you are prepared to accept me as 2/ RGA (SR) provided they are satisfactorily completed etc… therefore they constitute an application for appointment to the Special Reserve of Officers & as such should be filled on Army Form B201.
My Commanding Officer told me that therefore the application papers cannot go through in their present form and that it will be necessary either that I obtain & fill Army Form B201 or he suggested to me that I should write to you enclosing the papers and ask you to erase the SR.
