My dearie, I got your little letter today and am awfully glad I didn’t destroy you utterly with all my politics but I’m afraid since then that Ive subjected you to an awful lot of it and I hope you’re all right and keeping well under the load of it. I don’t know what news at all I have for you tonight with the Onoto fountain pen you see I have got. I got it in a canteen in a “black area” where I was today I went there with the side car, a
