Welcome to the School of Law in Trinity College Dublin. I hope that our website provides you with the information that you need about our School. We are a scholarly community of staff, students and alumni, dedicated to the pursuit of legal knowledge and critical engagement with the legal challenges that confront modern communities.

If you are a student thinking of applying to one of our programmes, check out the web pages for each course. There you will find a list of modules that gives the best overview of what and how we teach. At undergraduate level, we have an unrivalled set of exchange opportunities with foreign universities, so you may find the Study Abroad section particularly helpful. At postgraduate level, we have four taught courses focusing on different areas of law. If you are thinking of undertaking postgraduate research, you should first identify a possible supervisor who might have the relevant expertise to supervise you. To help you make your decision on all of our programmes, we have gathered together student testimonials that will give you an insight into the student experience.

If you want to find out more about the School's research, you can read about our research groups and recent projects in the Research section. The staff profiles in the People section will also give you a complete list of each faculty member's publications. We strongly welcome applications from visiting researchers – details on this process are also available in the Research section.

If you would like to find out more about our School - whether you want to be put on a mailing list for future events or, as a prospective student, to arrange to sit on some lectures - we will be delighted to help. Just send us an email at law.school@tcd.ie.
