EU Citizenship and Federalism

The Constitutional Governance and Social Change Research Group, School of Law, Trinity College Dublin and the Jean Monnet Chair in EU Politics and Law, Trinity College Dublin are pleased to present a Colloquium on EU Citizenship and Federalism on 6 October, 2017 at 1:30 – 4:30 pm at Trinity College Dublin.

The focus of the event is Dimitry Kochenov’s recent totemic volume "EU Citizenship and Federalism: the Role of Rights" that shows the myriad ways in which the constitutional properties of citizenship and federalism are intertwined. Dimitry will discuss his intellectual adventure, followed by contributions from leading scholars working on the subject.
