The Constitutional Governance and Social Change Research Group is delighted to host Dr. Tom Gerard Daly, Fellow at Melbourne Law School to speak about this study on 'Designing an African Judicial Network: Potential and Challenges' on December 13 at 5 pm in Room 11. Professor William Binchy will be a Discussant.
Dr. Daly is working on institutional issues faced by the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights, and the talk centres around proposals for the design of an African Judicial Network to link the African Court, regional community courts and highest domestic courts across the African Union.
