Dalkey Archive Press
The Dalkey Archive Press (named after Flann O’Brien’s novel The Dalkey Archive) specializes in the publication and republication of high quality and out-of-print works, particularly modernist and postmodernist. The Press collaborates with the MPhil in Literary Translation through seminars and feedback on sample translations carried out by the students. The Press offers a yearly fellowship to one of the students on the MPhil – the selected student works on a literary translation which is then published. It also makes available a three-month internship for one or two students to gain hands-on awareness in the Press offices in the USA (this internship consists only of work experience – travel costs and living expenses are not included).
