TCDconnect - Network Clinic
If you've followed the steps on our connection process pages but are having difficulty connecting your device to the TCDconnect service, we have one-to-one Network Clinic support available throughout the year. As demand can be high at the busier times of the year you must book a place on a Network Clinic in order to attend.
Before you book and attend a Network Clinic
- Check that your current password is working before you attend a clinic. The easiest way to check your password is working is to try logging into Blackboard at mymodule.tcd.ie. If you think you need help with your password please call into the IT Service Desk in Áras an Phiarsaigh before booking into a Network Clinic.
- Windows users are encouraged to run Windows Update prior to attending a network clinic as this can be very time-consuming and take up to 30 minutes or more to complete if updates are required.
Similarly, Mac users should run Software Updates from the App Store to get the latest operating system updates.
- When attending the clinic please bring your Student ID Card and the power supply for your laptop or device.
Upcoming Network Clinic times and dates are listed below further down this page and you can book into a Network Clinic by clicking the button below.
