Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus for Students

IT Services are pleased to be able to offer all current Trinity students the Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus suite of software, free of charge.  Office 365 can be used online or downloaded on up to five devices, including Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone. Applications include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lync, OneNote, Access, and Publisher. Office 365 also includes OneDrive which is a form of personal cloud storage. Students can use up to 1 TB of storage with a maximum file size of 2GB.

Office 365 ProPlus is intended as a complimentary service to your Trinity MyZone account. You are still expected to use your Mail, Calendar and Drive in MyZone as your main productivity tools for your Trinity studies. Official Trinity communications will continue to be sent to your email address in MyZone.

You will have access to Office 365 ProPlus for the duration of your studies in Trinity. When you are due to finish your studies in Trinity you will be informed that your Trinity computer account will expire and that you will lose access to the Office 365 ProPlus service. As a result you may wish to backup any data saved to your OneDrive prior to your account expiry. Remember that you retain your MyZone account for life, including access to your MyZone Drive.
