IT Services Satisfaction Survey 2018
In January 2018, IT Services launched our fifth annual Satisfaction Survey, with our highest ever response with over 3160 students and staff responding to tell us what they thought.
Through our surveys IT Services is aiming to continue to have a good understanding of what is important to the Trinity community regarding the services we provide. This understanding enables us to target improvements or changes directly to the areas that will have the greatest impact. It remains as important as ever that we evaluate the services that are most valued by the Trinity community and ensure that we meet your service expectations and requirements.
Find out how staff and students rated the services and support provided by IT Services in the full survey report which is now published and can be found here:

IT Services Academic Software Survey 2017
In February 2017, IT Services launched an Academic Software Survey for University staff.
IT Services administer site licences for a portfolio of academic software widely used throughout Trinity. We also provision a range of academic software for use in IT Services computer rooms, based on responses to an annual email requesting information on academic software requirements. We used the survey to collect evidence of the academic software used for teaching & learning and research at Trinity, to ensure that we have the site licensed software that Trinity staff need to stay at the forefront of teaching and research.
