The issues accessing external internet resources have been resolved. If you continue to experience problems please restart your computer.

Following the work described below some people connected to the College network in offices and labs may be experiencing issues accessing external internet resources. We are investigating this as a matter of priority and updates will be posted here. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Internal College services such as staff email and Wi-Fi are operating as normal.

As part of on-going service improvement works and as a measure to enhance network stability, there will be a short disruption to some central College IT services between 8.15 and 8.30am on Thursday 10th October. During this period, you may experience disruption some central College IT services, including internet access from any computer(s) connected to the College network in offices and labs.
If you experience any connection issues after 8.30am, please reboot your computer(s) to regain internet access. Services should be considered 'at-risk' between 8am and 9am. All services will be actively monitored throughout the 'at-risk' period and corrective action taken if required. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
