IT Services Alerts - Resolved: TCDconnect registration issues for Norton 360 users

The issue described below has been resolved and those using Norton 360 anti-virus software should now be able to register for the TCDconnect service.

IS Services are aware of an issue affecting students with Norton 360 anti-virus software not being able to register for the TCDconnect service. We are looking into this issue in conjunction with our suppliers, and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
A possible work-around is to uninstall the Norton 360 application and install one of the other anti-virus applications supported by the TCDconnect service. There are free options such as Microsoft Security Essentials or AVG Free. If you require more assistance please book into a TCDconnect network clinic.
