The underlying issue has been identified and resolved. It may be necessary for some people affected to restart their web browsers or client applications, or even restart their device.

We are receiving reports of intermittent issues accessing external internet sites and services, as well as issues connecting to mapped network drives within College. We are looking into the cause of these problems and this page will be updated with further information. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
