IT Services Alerts - Fraudulent email with subject 'Important'

As a reminder, IS Services will never ask you for your username and password in an email. You can confirm any communication from us with our website or the Helpdesk.  

If you have replied to a phishing message or clicked on any links within the email body and entered your College username and password please immediately change your password and report this to the Helpdesk (+353 01 896 2000).

IS Services has received reports of a phishing message in circulation.  The message, shown below, has a subject line '*Important*'.  Please ignore this email should you receive it as it is fraudulent and is a 'phishing' attempt. The email should be deleted. If you have replied to this email or clicked on the link contained in the email body please report to the IS Services Helpdesk at the earliest opportunity.
