The search index is now complete and so there should be no remaining issues for staff using the search function within OWA (Outlook Web Access).

Unfortunately the search database is still incomplete and so some staff may still experience issues with search functionality when using OWA (Outlook Web Access).  Further updates will be posted here.

There are still some issues retrieving search results within OWA for some users and work is progressing to resolve this.

Some users may continue to experience an issue retrieving search results within OWA (Outlook Web Access). The search indexes are currently being re-built within Exchange as a result of an unscheduled fail over on 3rd July.
