IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Science Gallery Wi-Fi issues, July 4th

Work has been carried out by the Science Gallery Technical Team and initial indications are that the Science Gallery Wi-Fi service has been restored. Further testing will be performed to confirm that services are normal.

The Science Gallery Technical Team will carry out some work later this morning to attempt to resolve the authentication issues and an update will be posted here.

There are still issues authenticating with the Science Gallery Wi-Fi. Work is continuing with the Science Gallery Technical Team to determine the root cause of the problems.

A fall-back arrangement has been put in place with the Science Gallery Technical Manager until the underlying issue is resolved.

IS Services have been made aware of an issue around accessing Science Gallery Wi-Fi. We are currently investigating and will try to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. Updates will be posted here.
