IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Data network issues affecting areas around Arts Building, Berkeley Library and Front Square , March 11th

IS Services staff have identified the likely cause of the issues and dealt with it. Those affected have been contacted to confirm there is no further data network service disruption. IS Services would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are still receiving reports of data network issues from a small number of users in areas including the Italian Department in the Arts Building, the Berkeley Library and the Provost's Office. IS Services staff are continuing to troubleshoot the issues with indications being that central College IT services are operting as normal for the majority of users.

Currently there does not seem to be any widespead data network issues, and only a select number of users have reported problems. Indications are that central College IT services are operating as normal. We are continuing to monitor the situation and further information will be provided here.

We have received reports from users in and around Front Square and the Arts Building of issues with slow network connectivity, lack of network connectivity and problems accessing central College IT services such as the staff email service. We are urgently looking into these issues and updates will be posted here.
