IT Services Alerts - Issue accessing Datapac printers from College computer rooms

Current idications are that the issue printing from the College computer rooms is resolved. If already logged into a PC which cannot access the printers it is advised that you log off and then login once more, or reboot the PC.

IS Services are receiving reports of issues accessing the Datapac printers from multiple computer rooms around College. We are working with Datapac to resolve these issues as a matter of urgency. Further information will be published here.

IS Services have been made aware of an issue around accessing printers from PCs when a student logs on in Room AAP2. We are currently investigating and will have the issue resolved as soon as possible. Updates will be posted here.
