IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Issue accessing staff email service from Macs

This issue has now been resolved and so staff Mac users who were affected should now be able to use their client application to access the staff email service once more. IS Services would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This issue with staff email is ongoing for some Mac users and IS Services are continuing to investigate the cause. In the meantime affected staff can access their email online via https://go.tcd.ie

The Helpdesk has received reports this morning from staff regarding issues with sending and receiving email on Mac computers using the Outlook and Entourage applications. There has been no impact on PC users. We are currently investigating the issue and will have updates posted here.
