IT Services Alerts - Issue with MyZone sign out

This issue now seems to be resolved as we are no longer receiving any reports and under testing cannot reproduce it. If you continue to have problems signing out from MyZone please contact the IS Services Helpdesk.

Please be aware that some students are experiencing difficulty signing out of their MyZone email account. For those affected the normal 'Please Wait' message is displayed during the sign out process but the user is not then returned to the relevant screen. We are advising affected students to close down their browser completely to ensure that they are fully signed-out of their MyZone email account. We are continuing to look into this matter and further developments will be reported here.
