IT Services Alerts - Two-hour period of scheduled downtime to the TCDconnect service, January 10th, 8am - 10am

The TCDconnect service is now fully restored and accepting new registrants.

Following the completion of the upgrade work, the TCDconnect service is once again operational for students already registered for this service. Currently, it is not possible for new users to register for the TCDconnect service; we hope to resolve this issue within the next hour.

As previously emailed, please note that there will be a two-hour period of scheduled downtime to the TCDconnect service for students on Thursday, 10th January, between 8am & 10am, followed by an 'at risk' period until 12pm.
This work will enable IS Services to develop and deliver new and existing IT services and increase technological efficiency and value. In an effort to minimise disruption during the College teaching terms, some work had been postponed and rescheduled for a time within this window.
