IT Services Alerts - Service Outages, April 4th

All services have been confirmed as restored to normal operation after the reported system outages earlier this morning.

The Helpdesk call-logging system has been restored to normal service and so it is once again possible to submit and/or track a ticket online via  Further updates regarding other services will follow here.

IS Services are aware of some service outages this morning including loss of access to Password Manager and some aspects of eReports, the Institutional Repository and HR systems.  In some cases services have been restored and work continues to return the remaining services to normal.

One service which is still not available is the Helpdesk call-logging system and so it is currently not possible to submit or track a ticket online via
