IT Services Alerts - Intermittent internet access issues for some users of the Mac internet access 'agent'

Since Friday, 12th October, measures have been put in place to resolve this issue for affected users.

We have received reports of internet access issues from some Mac users in College offices and labs that are using the newer Mac 'agent' to gain external internet access. IS Services are looking into the underlying cause of this issue and updates will be posted here. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
