IT Services Alerts - Issues with IS Services Helpdesk phone queuing system

Since 25th September 2012 the Helpdesk phone queueing system has been working as normal. IS Services would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during the disruption to this service.

There are still some issues with the Helpdesk phone queuing system and IS Services are continuing to work with the third party suppliers to resolve these problems.

The problems with the Helpdesk phone queuing system are still ongoing and IS Services staff are liaising with the third party suppliers to identify and resolve the underlying issue.

The IS Services Helpdesk is experiencing difficulties with its phone call queuing system today. We hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
