IS Services are investigating an issue affecting some Mac and iPhone users of the staff email service whereby they are getting 'connection refused' messages in trying to connect to the email server go.tcd.ie.

As a workaround, staff can access their email via the Outlook Web Access from any computer with internet access at https://go.tcd.ie/.

Updates to this issue will be posted there throughout the day.
