IT Services Alerts - IS Services Helpdesk call-logging service unavailable, November 29th, 8am-10am

The IS Services Helpdesk incident logging system is available again.  All incidents can now be logged in the normal manner, via, email to or via phone call to ext 2000.

The IS Services Helpdesk incident logging system, Remedy, will be unavailable between 8am and 10am on Tuesday 29th November 2011.  During this time College users will be unable to either submit a new incident or query an existing incident via  Additionally our Helpdesk call agents will be unable to submit or query incidents. 

For that reason if you wish to log an incident with the IS Services Helpdesk during this period please email and your email will be processed and recorded automatically after 10am, when full services will have resumed.
